At the ground floor there is a small apartment - handicap accessible – composed of a living room with fireplace and a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom with shower.  Washing machine, TV.

The main apartment, at the first floor, can communicate with the small one but it also has an independent entrance. It has a large living room with fireplace, TV, satellite-TV, kitchen with dishwasher, one bedroom for a couple, one bedroom for three people, one bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with bathtub. Another single bed can be added.

The property is completely enclosed. The guests can enjoy a large swimming pool (11.70x5.30x1.40mt)  with deck chairs, an elegant garden with barbecue and gazebo so that you can eat in the open air.
This holiday villa has been recently renovated and provided with all the modern comforts. It is situated near to the center of Piobbico but, in the same time, it has a very quiet and peaceful position.
